for the following visa subclasses VAC refunds are available :

• Seasonal Worker Program and Pacific Labour Scheme visa before 20 March 2020 were granted and have been unable to travel Australia due to covid-19 will also be eligible for a refund

VAC Waivers:

For the following visa applicants VAC waivers are available :  

• Temporary skilled workers unable to travel to Australia or who have returned overseas due to the pandemic are eligible for the   subsequent visa application fees for a waiver
• Visitor Visa holders whose visas expired will expire between March 2020 and December 2021 and who are not in Australia when they apply for a new visa will be eligible for a waiver.
• Working Holiday Marker visas who had to leave Australia early due to COVID-19 pandemic or who are overseas when they return to Australia will also be eligible for a waiver. you are able to claim a refund If you are over the age limit for a Working Holiday Visa.
