On 8 September 2020 The business and investor visa nomination program of victoria, Australia is opening today for subclass 188 and 132.

Until the announcement of the Federal Budget on 6 october The department of home affairs, Australia has provided for the business Innovation and investment program (BIIP) an interim allocation of visa nomination places . The Victorian Government’s business and investor migration program For the interim period,will reopen with no substantial changes to the existing nomination criteria, except for one additional requirement:  

All business and investment activity must contribute to Victoria’s economic recovery or health response which is related to the approval of the Business and Investor visa nomination program (subclass 188 and 132)   

When you submit your applicationThis new criteria can be addressed in the ‘Economic Recovery – Business and Investment Support Form provided. Monday 21 September 2020 at 5 pm the window for applying for the Business and Investment visa nomination program closes.

Applications are expected to be highly competitive and places are limited.

It is important that your application is specific about the way your business or investment will assist Victoria’s economic recovery or health response to the pandemic, to have the best chance of success.

Until the Federal Budget the Commonwealth Government has provided the interim places for the Victorian Government to use.

Applications will close at 21 September 2020,5pm AEST ,To ensure that all applications received can be assessed within this timeframe.
